Hello, welcome to my portal for Healing Empowerment Change.

I offer training and 1-2-1 treatments in Reiki and Access Bars at various locations across London. All of my treatments address the root cause of the issue rather than the symptoms, promoting Healing, Empowerment and Freedom.

Access Bars® Treatments

There are 32 unique points (Bars®) on the head that relate to different areas and aspects of your life ie: money, health, relationships, creativity, hopes and dreams. By placing your hands on these points a Bars® treatment will release the electromagnetic charge of all limiting beliefs, thoughts, feelings and attitudes relating to these areas.  

Access Bars® Classes London

Access Bars® is a fully certified one day practitioner class that is easy to learn. It is a transformative process, you will learn tools and techniques to help you and others change self limiting beliefs. It’s perfect for well-being practicioners who want to add to their practice or individuals looking for change.

Reiki Therapy

Reiki is a relaxing and peaceful treatment that restores, balances and heals your mind, body and soul. As your mind and body relax it allows you to gently experience and release negative emotions and thoughts. This enables you to heal past, and current, emotional pain.

Reiki healing can help with anxiety, depression, stress levels, recovering from physical illness, emotional issues, low self-esteem, bereavement and feeling stuck.

Reiki Classes

Learning Reiki is a journey of self-love and spiritual awakening, everyone can learn it, all you need is an open mind and heart. No previous experience is necessary and this is an excellent introduction to energy healing. I offer Reiki classes in Level 1, Level 2 and Reiki Master Training.

I am a Reiki Master, Access Bars Facilitator and Energy Healer with over 25 years’ experience. I have also studied counselling, and have 15 years of experience of working in the social care sector, which gives me excellent insight and skills when facilitating change.

I provide Access Bars Classes & Access Bars Treatments, Reiki Courses & Reiki Therapy across London, with venues in Belgravia, Clapham, Marylebone & Monument.

The combination of my own personal change through my healing journey, experience of working, skills / training and has given me the wisdom, compassion, empathy, understanding and insight into transformational work to be able to guide, support and navigate others through their own healing journey of Healing Empowerment Freedom, read more about my story.
