After this 1 day certified Reiki 1 training course you will be able to practise Reiki on yourself, friends and family (kids love it). It may begin a process of a spiritual awakening or deepen your connection to the Universal Energy of all that is.

I am a intuitive Reiki Master Teacher / Reiki Practitioner / Reiki Training Provider with over 25 years of experience working with this energy. I create a safe space for you to learn Reiki and to share processes within a group setting. I like to keep my Reiki workshops small as this creates a safe space for healing and learning to take place.

A small group of Reiki students also allows the time and space for your process, and ensures that each individual, as well as the group, gets the time, attention and energy they deserve from me. With my background in counselling and vast experience of working with groups I have excellent experience of navigating group processes.

Reiki healing is a wonderful, great way to learn a self-help tool that empowers you to take care of all aspects of your wellbeing. Learning Reiki healing has so many benefits to life, you can use it to enhance your existing professional practice (nursing, hairdressing, beauty, yoga and more).

Reiki Course Information

My one-day Reiki 1 Class will cover:

A comprehensive course manual.
History of Reiki and your Reiki lineage.
Meditations to ground you and connect with the energy of Universal Energy.
4 - Reiki attunements, opening energy centres of the hand, heart, third eye and crown which will open you to connect, and be a conduit for the flow of Universal Life Force / Reiki energy.
Hand positions on how to give yourself a treatment.
How to give a Reiki treatment to family and friends (for more information on using Reiki on your children click here).
Time for group process and exploration.
Ample time to practise and gain confidence.
Authorised Reiki Certificate 1
Guidance on continuing your process and deepening your connection.
