What is Reiki?

Reiki is a form of alternative therapy known as energy healing that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. Reiki practitioners believe that there is a universal life force energy that flows through all living things and that they are a conduit to channel this energy ( through training) to promote healing, and relaxation.

  • Discuss what is means to be a practitioner, how to build your practice and ways to look after yourself.
