Tina Nisson Tisson Reflexologist -The Interior Me and I would like to invite you to a 3 hour workshop to begin the process of softening  and releasing the multitude of different layers of grief. We are going to approach this workshop with kindness / compassion for self and your GRIEF.  

Through your own experience you will know that grief shows up differently for each one of us, all parts of you and your grief is welcome. The modalities and techniques we are going to use are gentle & kind which will create a safe space for the feelings that come with grief to soften and start the process of releasing and healing.
