Each week I will be teaching and taking you step by step through a variety of meditation’s, awareness-based practices, and techniques to empower you to take care of you. These practices have come from a variety of traditions, Tibetan, Zen, and Buddhism which are all are adapted for easy learning!
The sessions will be delivered to you via Zoom so you can take part in the comfort of your home. You will receive to all the meditation’s in a course manual and also in an audio form to enable you to practice supporting your well-being.
