Creating a vision board is a very powerful and a creative process, it will give you visual clarity for your intentions/goals that you would like to create and manifest for 2023. When you have a visual image for the months ahead you can work from this platform to make it happen and invite it in your life. This tangible process will help you take charge, feel and be empowered and inspired about the year ahead.

We will start with grounding and centering meditation to quieten the mind, open the heart center so you can listen to your inner wisdom.

Working from a heart-centered space I will support/guide you through a process using images and words to help you create your vision board.

We will end with a guided visualisation/meditation to give life to your vision board.
