There is a healer in all of us

There is a healer in each one of us, we can all make a difference by how we interact with all living things. We all have our own experience, our stories to share with the world which can bring so much healing.

We are all in this together... although we are physically separated energetically we are all connected. What I have realised through my own journey is that do not underestimate how much you can be of service to each other and bring healing.

We can all make a difference by living more consciously and coming from a place of connection and not separation.

Healing can come in many forms; actively listening, being present in a conversation, an act of kindness or compassion, and smiling at others.
